Dave talks about the impact of cancer - Macmillan Cancer Support

When Dave was diagnosed with prostate and (later) kidney cancer, he had the support of his partner and children. However, there were times when he still felt very alone, and that’s when he turned to Macmillan.

Dave was supported by Macmillan nurse, Gill, who helped him to talk through his fears, and see the bigger picture of his prognosis.

Val, a Boots Macmillan Information Pharmacist, was also a great source of advice when Dave didn't want to visit the doctor. With Macmillan's support, Dave now feels able to plan for the future.
